The QFusion Visitor Check-In Kiosk lets guests check themselves in on a touchscreen, prints and encodes an ID badge in seconds, and notifies their host automatically — floor-standing or on the desk, to suit your reception.

How it works

1. Pre-registerInvite guests to register in advance by email or link — or let them sign in on arrival.
2. Self check-inVisitors tap the touchscreen or scan a QR / NFC pass at the kiosk — fast and contactless.
3. Badge printed & encodedA personalised visitor badge prints on the spot, with QR and RFID/NFC encoded for access.
4. Host notifiedThe person they’re visiting is alerted automatically that their guest has arrived.
